This page explains what information Trellisy handles and why. It does not describe product support or usage rules.

Local workspace data

Notes, Catcher records, and configured BYOK provider details are designed around browser-local storage. Clearing browser data or changing devices can affect locally stored material.

Account and usage data

Authentication, Points, preferences, and service-usage records may be processed so the account and Platform features can operate safely.

AI processing

When you choose an AI action, the material needed for that request may be sent to the selected AI provider. Trellisy does not present AI processing as private local computation when a remote provider is involved.

Your choices

Review material before submitting it to an AI action. You can use your own supported provider credentials where available and can remove browser-local data through your browser controls.
